RETURNS:
Open returns policy for 60 days from date of
original invoice. All books must be in saleable
condition. Return authorization requested by e-mail.
No returns accepted for the following: books
returned in a non-saleable condition; books purchased on a non-returnable basis; and titles returned 90 days after being declared out-of-print. Returns not meeting the criteria above will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please ship all returns to the address above.
CLAIMS:
Claims for damaged books, shortages, and non-
receipt will only be accepted within 45 days of the
original invoice date. Please make claims by mail or e-mail.
